NC Custom Receives Paul Smith Award from Premier Group

NC Custom, Hicksville, NY, has been chosen by Premier Group Network as the recipient for this year’s Paul Smith Supplier Performance Award for revenue above $50 million. This exclusive annual honor is awarded to a Premier Group Supplier that exemplifies excellence in the areas of quality of products, marketing support, internal customer service support, outside sales support, problem resolution, and management support. Members are encouraged to submit nominations, and award winners are celebrated at their annual meeting.

“We are honored to receive this recognition from Premier Group,” said Chris O’Connor, vice president of sales at NC Custom. “Premier Group and NC Custom have enjoyed a long history working together. It is an honor to see the NC Custom team recognized by the Premier Group Distributors. We will continue to strive to grow our relationship with the Premier Group and its distributors today and in the years to come.”

“We are honored to receive this top industry distinction,” said Lance Stier, chairman and CEO of NC Custom. “Each of the performance criteria across product quality, marketing support, customer service, sales, problem resolution, and management are core to our team and business each and every day. On behalf of our team and our company, we thank Premier Group for this great recognition.”

“NC Custom’s growth continues to be a team effort, and to be recognized for that success by such a prestigious organization is a testament to our company,” said David Miller, president of NC Custom. “As our business has grown, we have worked exceptionally hard to ensure that we always put our customers first.”

Some of the company’s top initiatives that led to success include the dedication to U.S.-based manufacturing and customer service, the acquisition of Fresh Beginnings, and increased capabilities in all of the company’s product lines, including the launch and support of Creatively Kitted and the roll-out of ACE USA. These are in addition to continued growth of NC Custom’s Get A.H.E.A.D. strategy in key categories: Apparel, Health & Beauty, Edibles, Accessories, and Drinkware. NC’s vast range covers 85% of the industry’s popular purchases, positioning NC Custom as a destination for promotional needs.
